Senior Associate-Events & Outreach

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of regional events from concept through execution and post-event reporting
• Translate creative briefs into engaging live and hybrid experiences
• Coordinate logistics including venues, production, vendors, catering, registration, and travel
• Manage timelines, track budgets, and identify potential risks for assigned programs
• Partner with brand, content, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life through events
• Track performance metrics including attendance, engagement, and cost efficiency
• Use digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled systems to streamline planning and data analysis

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in event management, digital events, or experiential marketing
• Proven ability to independently project manage small to mid-sized experiences
• Experience with budgets, contracts, and vendor coordination
• Proficiency with event technology platforms, registration tools, and CRM systems
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate across teams, regions, and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital tools and automation to enhance workflow efficiency
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in using AI tools for process improvement
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to quality in brand design
