Senior Associate ETL

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows and data integration solutions using industry-standard tools
• Analyze source system data and business requirements to create robust transformation and loading strategies
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and alignment with business goals
• Prepare technical documentation, including data mapping, process flows, and maintenance procedures
• Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards throughout the ETL lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Experience with data warehousing, data modelling, and performance tuning
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions such as Azure Data Factory
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Shell scripting
• Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
