About the role
Responsibilities
- Own, develop and foster strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth using activation, marketing, product and operations
- Develop strategic merchant relationships with C-Suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads
- Serve as a liaison between merchant partners and DoorDash leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams
- Leverage playbooks and tools to ensure merchants receive a high quality experience and resolve operational roadblocks
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in account management, sales, business development or consulting
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to deliver recommendations from complex datasets
- Proven track record of driving growth
- Strong AI fluency, ideally Claude Code experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketplaces, operations or logistics
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce
