About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement a unique employee journey across various touch-points to ensure group-wide alignment in processes, communication, and tools
- Lead cultural transformation programs aligned with Aldar’s mission, vision, and corporate values
- Support the design and implementation of a standardized employee journey framework across all subsidiaries
- Propose, implement, and monitor effective employee benefit programs, group-wide events, awards, and discounts
- Conduct awareness and training sessions for business heads and hiring managers regarding the employee experience
- Perform gap analyses and monitor industry trends to design and revise engagement strategies
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change management initiatives and employee behavior
Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an HR support service position within a leading regional organization
- Proven experience in developing and implementing a wide array of HR programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field
- This position is specifically open to UAE Nationals
