Senior Associate Director of Admission Campus Visit Experiences

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for all undergraduate admission visit programs, including information sessions, campus tours, and specialty visit programs.
• Lead the planning and execution of major on-campus recruitment events such as open houses and admitted student programs.
• Direct the tour guide program, including recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of student workers and front desk ambassadors.
• Oversee the university's classroom visit program by coordinating with faculty and academic departments.
• Evaluate and enhance visitor experiences using data, surveys, and enrollment outcomes to ensure alignment with institutional goals.
• Utilize CRM and visit management systems to monitor participation and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, student affairs, event management, or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment or campus events.
• Demonstrated experience supervising professional and/or student staff.
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, business administration, or communications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Slate and campus visit management platforms.
• Bilingual skills.
