Senior Associate - Digital Product Management, Agentic Commerce

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product initiatives within Agentic Commerce Solutions
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and technical documentation
• Partner with Technology teams to clarify requirements, support development, and track progress against milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Risk, Strategy, GTM, and Architecture
• Support the design of Agentic Commerce features such as tokenization, digital identity, and intent capture
• Assist in managing timelines, dependencies, and risks across assigned product components
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments in digital commerce
• Support testing activities and the validation of requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product management, payments, consulting, or related roles
• Foundational understanding of payments, APIs, or digital platforms
• Experience in business analysis or supporting technical product development
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for documenting requirements and presenting insights
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to payments ecosystems, tokenization, or digital commerce platforms
• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI-driven commerce or digital identity
