Senior Associate, Design

Responsibilities

• Create design options and mockups for reviews and presentations
• Translate brand identity into environmental and signage systems across various venues
• Develop kits of parts, guidelines, and drawing sets for physical spaces
• Ensure executions meet operational needs, material constraints, and architectural scale
• Provide design feasibility feedback for placement, materials, and fabrication
• Oversee and manage Venue Design Books and art files for production
• Partner with Brand and Venue Infrastructure teams to integrate solutions into architectural plans
• Manage venue walkthroughs and readiness exercises
• Transition to an on-site role during Games-Load In to oversee installation and quality control
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure brand alignment
• Act as a venue-level design liaison to resolve issues in real time

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in environmental graphic design, architecture, or experiential design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, CAD, and 3D Visualization software
• Proven experience translating brand identity into physical applications
• Experience managing design delivery at scale for large-scale events (sports or entertainment preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (bonus)
