Senior Associate, Dasher Fleet Growth Strategy

Responsibilities

• Drive business diagnostics and market insights by investigating weekly performance variance
• Conduct deep, ad hoc analyses on acquisition, supply-demand balance, and incentive efficiency
• Serve as the end-to-end owner of the Dasher referrals acquisition channel
• Lead forecasting, incentive strategy, and weekly spend allocation for referrals
• Partner across Analytics, Product, Strategy & Ops, and Finance to align on targets and roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, technology, marketing, finance, or operations
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries
• Experience building models in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience analyzing experiments or performance tests
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
