Senior Associate – CSS HR Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interview coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement.
• Source and engage top talent across the UK, India, and key European markets (Germany, Poland, France, Belgium) using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven tools.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool aligned with strategic hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity, confidentiality standards, and regional employment laws.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and market challenges.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 5–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for the UK and India markets; experience in European markets is a significant plus.
• Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and experience with Workday.
• Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across UK, European, and Indian time zones.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
