Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day project execution, including identifying investment opportunities and conducting sector or geographic landscape assessments
• Engage with qualified regional and international investors to support capital mobilization
• Support business development efforts by performing market assessments and identifying potential clients and partners in the MENA region
• Lead or support complex commercial due diligence assignments and market research
• Develop client-facing recommendations and value-creation strategies for post-investment stages
• Advise on the structuring and deployment of blended finance vehicles

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a similar field
• Extensive experience living and working in the MENA region
• Strong professional contacts within the regional financial services sector
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region

Preferred Qualifications

• High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to operate effectively in changing contexts
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues in high-pressure environments
• Experience in sectors such as agriculture, health, infrastructure, or clean power
