Senior Associate - Credit Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the full credit operations lifecycle, including verifying borrower profiles and identifying missing documentation.
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, referral partners, and relationship managers to ensure seamless deal processing.
• Prepare and deliver detailed case summaries for lenders, highlighting key borrower and deal information.
• Follow up with lenders to fast-track deal processes and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) regarding deal status and invoice tracking.
• Conduct manual bank statement analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in onboarding connectors and coordinating referral agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in credit processing, documentation, or similar financial roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail for document analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MIS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
