Senior Associate, Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial and operating models for data center developments and infrastructure investments
• Conduct scenario analysis for capital structures, financing, and lease vs. buy options
• Prepare valuation materials, transaction summaries, and strategic analyses for the executive team and Board
• Support the full deal lifecycle from initial screening through due diligence and closing
• Manage valuation workstreams including DCF and comparable company analysis
• Monitor market trends in AI landscape, hyperscaler demand, and energy infrastructure
• Coordinate due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors
• Maintain relationships with investment banks, technology vendors, and institutional investors

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and understanding of corporate finance principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Professional maturity to interface with senior executives and external partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in TMT, Digital Infrastructure, or Power/Energy groups
• Familiarity with the economics of data centers, AI compute infrastructure, and cloud ecosystems
