Senior Associate, Control Tower & Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery of operational commitments and development plans for high-profile Control Tower customers across the APAC region.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of customer needs and solution offerings.
• Maintain and improve all account documentation, including SOPs, instructions, vendor manuals, and routing guides.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and guidance to internal stakeholders and operators to ensure process understanding.
• Establish and improve the operational controlling environment in collaboration with data analysts to ensure real-time visibility on KPIs.
• Proactively identify performance gaps and risks, collaborating with country teams to perform corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Organize and conduct regular performance reviews with clients.
• Monitor production and process performance to ensure the APAC team meets agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to provide feedback on operational and system gaps to drive product evolution.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ocean freight operations.
