About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing strategies for the implementation of continuous improvement
- Review documentation related to policies, procedures, and standard work
- Collect and maintain CI records, including scores and action lists
- Investigate and document process issues
- Collect data regarding current processes, flows, and improvement opportunities
- Support production lines in meeting goals on time and within budget
- Identify and remove waste in processes
- Work closely with operations teams to establish work standards
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Or have completed a Master’s degree within the last 12 months
