Senior Associate, Construction Quantum

Responsibilities

• Support world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness evidence
• Perform data research, management, and analysis to assist in drafting expert reports
• Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, estimates, variations, and financial data, to identify key metrics
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of complex construction claims
• Develop creative approaches and solutions to resolve complex problems in a dynamic consultancy environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in building construction, engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, contracts management, or construction management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and handling large datasets
• Experience with industry software such as CostX, BIM, Buildsoft, or Expert Estimation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
