Senior Associate, Construction Quantum

Responsibilities

• Support world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness evidence
• Perform data research, management, and analysis to assist in drafting expert reports
• Review documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, estimates, variations, and financial data to identify key metrics
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of complex construction claims
• Develop creative approaches and solutions to resolve complex problems within a dynamic consultancy environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in building construction, engineering, quantity surveying, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost engineering, contracts management, or construction management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience handling large, complex datasets
• Strong software skills, including MS Office Suite and experience with CostX, BIM, Buildsoft, or Expert Estimation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally
