Responsibilities

• 8+ years of construction litigation experience
• Proven experience managing junior associates
• Expertise in complex construction litigation representation
• Experience with construction defect claims counseling
• Experience handling contract and business disputes
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and professional credentials

• Transactional experience including contract drafting and negotiation
