Senior Associate, Construction Delay

Responsibilities

• Perform sophisticated project scheduling and forensic delay analysis
• Utilize Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to manage and analyze construction schedules
• Prepare delay claims and assess the time impact of specific project events
• Review technical and non-technical documentation, including engineering drawings and progress reports, to identify key issues
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and critical facts
• Draft expert reports, presentations, and other high-level deliverables for clients
• Manage time effectively to meet strict client deadlines and maintain high attention to detail

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in building construction, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, scheduling, or cost controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Proven experience in performing forensic delay analyses
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
