Senior Associate, Construction Delay & Quantum

Responsibilities

• Support world-renowned experts in dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness testimony
• Perform loss of productivity analyses using industry-tested methodologies
• Evaluate methodologies for inefficiency claims, including schedule compression, stacking of trades, and interferences
• Quantify and review increased man-hours and material quantities
• Conduct advanced data research, management, and analysis to draft expert reports
• Manage project team workloads, tasks, budgets, and fee reports
• Assist in the analysis and preparation of complex construction claims

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Data Analytics, or Quantity Surveying
• 2+ years of experience in construction or data analytics
• Proven experience writing or contributing to expert reports
• Experience quantifying or critiquing loss of productivity claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
• Understanding of industry-tested methodologies (e.g., earned value, measured mile, industry factors)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic consultancy environment
• Authorized to work in the US without future sponsorship requirements
