Senior Associate, Consolidation & External Reporting

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the parent entity, subsidiaries, and joint ventures
• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Perform intercompany elimination processes, non-controlling interest accounting, and equity method investment accounting
• Review and record equity compensation analyses and ensure accuracy of journal entries
• Support audit and review procedures, including PBC deliverables and auditor inquiries
• Prepare statement of cash flows and statement of changes in shareholders’ equity
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting
• Collaborate with FP&A, Valuation, Legal, Tax, and HR functions to ensure financial statement alignment
• Mentor junior accounting professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA required or actively pursuing
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Proficiency with U.S. GAAP in a complex, multi-entity organization
• Experience with multi-entity consolidations, intercompany eliminations, or variable interest entities
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Big Four public accounting experience
• Public company experience including footnote disclosure
• Familiarity with investment company accounting (ASC 946)
• Experience with Workday Financials or Workiva
• Exposure to multi-jurisdictional international consolidation
