Senior Associate - Collections

Responsibilities

• Conduct voice-based customer interactions for B2B collections
• Manage customer disputes efficiently
• Perform customer account reconciliations
• Manage collections and cash application in alignment with client processes
• Ensure adherence to turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy standards
• Identify process anomalies and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

• 2-4 years of corporate collections experience
• Experience interacting with a large customer base
• Proficiency using SAP as an end user
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work UK shifts
