ATA provides a wide array of accounting, auditing, tax, and advisory services for clients ranging from small family-owned businesses to large corporations. Headquartered in Jackson, Tennessee, since 1940, ATA has over 300 employees across 18 locations throughout the Southeast.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly and quarterly close processes for assigned clients
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform complex account reconciliations for bank, credit card, and payroll accounts
- Support client onboarding activities and accounting system setup
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients
- Review the work of team members and support their development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3–5 years of public accounting experience
- Prior experience in Client Accounting Services (CAS) or outsourced accounting environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
