Senior Associate, Cleaning and Waste Venue Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of venue-specific Cleaning & Waste (CNW) operational plans
• Review venue layouts and design books to identify service, workforce, and equipment needs
• Develop Service Level Matrices (SLMs), venue service models, and deployment strategies
• Coordinate the integration of Cleaning & Waste services into venue operational plans with cross-functional partners
• Manage contractor planning, onboarding, and operational readiness for assigned venues
• Support alignment of operations with sustainability goals, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives
• Lead venue-level operations during test events and Games-time delivery
• Monitor operational performance and lead issue escalation and resolution

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in venue operations, event operations, facilities management, or related operational planning
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale sports, entertainment, or major event operations
• Olympic, Paralympic, or major event experience
• Experience working with venues in Los Angeles and Southern California
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
