About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement, produce content, and meet deliverables
- Provide expert internal and external project management across workstreams
- Conduct research and maintain a strong understanding of legislation and policy
- Produce high-quality written products, including white papers, policy briefs, and presentations
- Provide project, event, and meeting support
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in public affairs, policy, or electoral campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in project and client management
- Excellent written and oral communication, advocacy, and analytic skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Bachelor's degree required
- Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in public policy or a related field
- Experience working in or with government, policy, organizing, or coalition-building environments
