Senior Associate, Capital Markets

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for Board of Director meetings
• Handle mortgage pricing for portfolio loan origination
• Manage bank liquidity reporting and interest rate swap market-to-market
• Execute foreign currency hedging and coupon exchanges (USD/AUD)
• Manage relationships with Federal Agencies
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly Excel reports regarding banking activity and interest rates
• Conduct ongoing client management of investment management accounts
• Perform credit analysis for Corporate and Municipal Bonds
• Manage ETF models and prepare Account Review Committee materials
• Prepare regulatory and audit responses for internal/external audits and the FDIC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related major
• 4+ years of experience within financial services
• Strong understanding of equity, alternative investing, and financial markets
• Proficiency in financial statement analysis and financial modeling
• Ability to review legal agreements
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
