Senior Associate, CAD Specialist

Responsibilities

• Translate existing conditions site and floor plans into Olympic and Paralympic Villages and Groom Accommodation CAD drawings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and integrate spatial and operational data
• Reflect agreed adaptations and changes in CAD drawings based on stakeholder requirements
• Verify on-site measurements and venue dimensions to ensure accuracy of drawings
• Support the preparation and updating of Early Allotment documents, including site and floor plans and maps
• Proactively suggest opportunities to optimize the use of existing internal and external spaces
• Provide drawing and mapping support to other Village-related projects
• Collaborate with the Allotment team in the assignment process of housing and operational spaces
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, planning documents, and reports

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience producing and managing CAD drawings and presentation documents
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD
• Strong attention to detail with measurements and technical drawings
• Ability to interpret planning requirements into visual representations
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with large-scale event planning is an asset
