Senior Associate, Business Management Office

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial governance of technology spending, including vendor management, contract management, and cost allocation.
• Manage centralized purchase administration and contract management for all Technology department transactions.
• Oversee technology cost tracking, chargeback mechanisms to business units, and provide insights into spend trends and optimization.
• Monitor vendor-related financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms, internal financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation initiatives and enhancements to Technology Business Management (TBM) and FinOps practices.
• Manage, mentor, and guide team members within technology financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial management, vendor management, procurement, or contract administration, preferably in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of IT financial management and FinOps principles.
• Hands-on experience with financial or procurement systems and CLM tools such as Oracle, Coupa, or iCertis.
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and project-level cost tracking.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles, including CAPEX vs. OPEX, fixed assets, and capitalization policies.
