Senior Associate, Business Analysis

Responsibilities

• Bridge business context with data-driven insights by partnering with cross-functional teams including business, data science, engineering, and product.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical questions, use cases, and structured solution approaches.
• Ensure models and analyses are grounded in real-world business context by validating outputs against expected behavior.
• Interpret complex analytical outputs into actionable insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences and senior leadership through structured presentations and storytelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and uncover opportunities to improve decision-making and policies.
• Act as a liaison between business users and product teams to drive continuous improvement in solutions and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, math, engineering, economics, finance, or operations research.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or business analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in R or Python for large-scale data analysis.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong statistical modeling skills, including hypothesis testing and regression modeling.
• Experience in financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
