Jerry is building the first AI agent to manage all your physical assets. Starting with car insurance, the platform has expanded into driving insights, diagnostics, and a repair marketplace, serving over 5M customers.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and ensure analyses inform critical decisions
• Define metrics, build reports, and run experiments to move key business metrics
• Surface data insights and provide actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams
• Own the analytical function for an embedded business unit (Growth, Product, AI, or Partnerships) end-to-end

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact
• Clear and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clickhouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub
