Senior Associate, B2B Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive CRO tactics across web, chat, paid media, and email
• Conduct in-depth analyses of digital channels and user behavior metrics to identify friction points
• Develop and execute an A/B testing roadmap to optimize all channels
• Partner with Brand and Market Intelligence teams to gather insights on user pain points
• Implement audience personalization strategies to tailor digital experiences
• Collaborate with SEO consultants to drive organic traffic and improve rankings
• Develop strategy for LLM optimization (AIO) to ensure brand accuracy in AI search tools
• Optimize website chat routing and AI conversational agents to accelerate lead capture

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing (demand gen, CRO, SEO, or AIO)
• Strong foundational understanding of CRO, SEO, and AIO methodologies
• Proficiency in GA4, Tableau, or similar data visualization systems
• Hands-on experience with VWO, Marketo, or WordPress
• Experience managing workflows through platforms like Asana
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Data Analytics
