About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Preparing clients for depositions and attending depositions
- Invoicing depositions
- Responding to client inquiries and negotiating matters towards resolution
- Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys
- Participating in team events and providing feedback to management
Requirements
- 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
- Must be California State Barred
- Must reside in Northern California
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with doctors' depositions
