Senior Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team
• Offer guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
• Mentor and develop fellow attorneys to maintain high-quality representation
• Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations as needed
• Conduct client educational webinars and address escalated client matters
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture

Requirements

• JD and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• 5-7 years of Workers’ Compensation experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Applicant & Defense mix experience
