Senior Associate Athletic Director, Compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and daily management of the athletics compliance program
• Create a culture of compliance and install institutional controls for coaches, staff, student-athletes, and external stakeholders
• Administer compliance monitoring and education regarding NCAA, Conference, and university regulations
• Oversee and deliver compliance education to student-athletes and coaching staff
• Supervise select varsity sport programs
• Serve on the department’s senior leadership team to offer strategic guidance on operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sport management, athletics administration, pre-law, or a related field
• Five (5) years of experience in NCAA compliance administration
• Two (2) years of experience supervising or leading staff
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain driver eligibility under university policy

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration, law, sport management, or a related field
• Experience leading NCAA compliance operations within an NCAA Division I or II athletics department
