Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive sales efforts for innovative credit underwriting and risk assessment solutions targeting Banks, Fintechs, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and capture key business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within the BFSI sector.
• Lead revenue growth initiatives by selling complex software and technology solutions.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of sales experience in the fintech, banking, or financial services industry.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales specifically targeting the Banks, NBFC, or BFSI segments in India.
• Proven track record of successfully selling complex software or technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the credit evaluation process, including financial and ratio analysis.
• Deep understanding of key credit assessment factors such as GST, external ratings, and legal parameters.
• Familiarity with the Indian BFSI landscape and credit risk assessment technologies.
• Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
