Senior Associate, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new solutions to meet the needs of large, complex global Freight Forwarding clients
• Accelerate growth across the Flexport portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management
• Partner with destination teams in the US and Europe to identify expansion opportunities and grow share of wallet
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Industry SMEs to execute client strategies
• Build and maintain alignment with executive-level customer contacts and critical stakeholders at major global brands
• Stay updated on industry and supply chain developments to proactively educate and support clients through change

• Proven experience in global client relationship management and business partnership growth
