Senior Associate, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new solutions to meet the needs of large, complex global freight forwarding clients
• Accelerate growth across the Flexport portfolio, including Air, Ocean, Trade Advisory, Customs, and PO Management
• Partner with destination teams in the US and Europe to identify expansion opportunities and grow share of wallet
• Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Implementation teams to execute client strategies
• Build and maintain alignment with executive-level customer contacts and critical stakeholders at major global brands
• Stay updated on industry and supply chain developments to proactively educate and support clients through change

• Experience working within complicated global team matrices to drive solutions
• Proven experience building and leveraging global client relationships to grow business partnerships
• Strategic thinker and disciplined planner capable of operationalizing complex plans

• Ability to adapt communication styles to different business cultural norms and global environments
• Highly collaborative approach with a focus on building strong internal and external relationships
