Senior Associate Account Management

Responsibilities

• Understand Amazon Services products and articulate their functions and benefits to external audiences
• Identify valuable sellers and selection to expand Amazon services
• Help define target seller bases and industry verticals using local knowledge and available tools
• Support retailers with actionable inputs to help them achieve success on the Amazon marketplace
• Track and monitor individual performance metrics
• Act as a subject matter expert for peers and surface seller pain points to program teams

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
