Senior Associate, Account Based Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational deployment, execution, and tracking of scalable 1:many ABM campaigns
• Manage and monitor intent platforms like Common Room to route real-time data signals
• Partner with Rev Ops to build, segment, and maintain high-fidelity target account and persona lists
• Coordinate paid digital media, email nurture flows, and personalization tactics
• Deliver campaign briefs and follow-up assets to Sales Development and Account Executive teams
• Track, analyze, and report on key campaign health metrics
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to govern automation workflows and tracking parameters
• Perform account and vertical research to tailor digital content and messaging

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, programmatic ABM, growth marketing, or demand generation
• Proven experience building and tracking multi-channel digital campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce
• Experience with modern intent orchestration platforms
• Strong data analysis and database segmentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
