Senior Assistant Manager, Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive market awareness and adoption for the Hemostat and Adhesion Prevention portfolio within assigned territories.
• Develop the user base by engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) and paramedical staff through product activations and demonstrations.
• Manage secondary sales by coordinating with commercial authorities, purchase departments, and channel partners to ensure product supply and liquidation.
• Execute strategic planning, including monthly account-wise sales planning, weekly coverage activities, and quarterly sales forecasting.
• Implement marketing strategies and GTM (Go-To-Market) activations to drive business development in corporate and private accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and surgical indications to maintain a competitive edge.
• Track and report product quality complaints to ensure timely resolution and compliance.

Requirements

• B Pharma, BSc, or Btech degree.
• 5+ years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industries.
• Proven consultative selling skills and experience in key account management.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data to identify market trends and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Management.
• Experience managing large regions or extended territories (e.g., Delhi NCR or North region).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with external thought leaders and HCPs.
