Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems for Conversational Analytics, Knowledge Bases, QA Automation, and in-game experiences
• Architect and implement scalable AI solutions supporting real-time systems and automation pipelines
• Design structured protocols for managing AI model context and create autonomous agents for decision-making
• Collaborate across disciplines to translate high-level goals into robust, AI-powered capabilities
• Mentor and guide engineers and contribute to long-term architectural decisions
• Lead efforts in AI infrastructure, including model deployment workflows and performance tuning

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development using Python
• 2+ years of hands-on AI experience in a senior role
• Experience using agentic AI, sub-agents, skills, MCPs, and tool calling
• Experience building scalable APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
• 1+ year of experience in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP) and containerization with Docker
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and testing strategies
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps, reinforcement learning, or computer vision
• Experience with game AI development
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or AI-related publications
