Senior Art Manager

We developed Southeast Asia’s first and leading insurance platform to digitize the insurance industry, now serving over 8 million users across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own BJAK’s visual identity across channels including layout, typography, motion, and campaign visuals
• Translate marketing and business objectives into strong, clear creative directions
• Develop concepts and visual systems that scale across campaigns and markets
• Lead, mentor, and review work from designers and creative contributors
• Set a high bar for craft, speed, and execution under tight timelines
• Design and manage creative workflows that balance speed, quality, and scale
• Partner closely with growth, product, and leadership teams on key initiatives
• Use performance data and feedback to iterate and improve creative output

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership
• Strong portfolio showing visual systems, campaigns, and multi-channel work
• Solid understanding of branding, design principles, and digital content
• Experience guiding designers and improving output through feedback
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
