Responsibilities
- Act as the mastermind behind the visual identity of advertising campaigns
- Transform powerful concepts into impactful visual pieces that connect with audiences
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and other creatives to bring ideas to life
- Elevate brand communication through innovative visual storytelling
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in art direction within advertising agencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual talent and vision
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Mastery of visual conceptualization, branding, typography, and composition
- Experience in digital campaigns, social media, and integrated projects
- Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration and global presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialization or coursework in UX/UI
- Experience with motion graphics
- Illustration skills
