Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video
• Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Conceptualize and oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution to ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop engaging visuals
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and leadership for the in-house creative team
• Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets
• Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and omnichannel marketing best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership
• Proven experience in omnichannel campaign concepting and execution
• Strong background in branding and maintaining brand guides
• Hands-on expertise in digital and print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere) and Figma
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with experience mentoring designers
• Excellent visual storytelling skills
