About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand steward for a globally-recognized beverage brand
- Ideate and execute creative ideas for client marketing materials
- Create concepts that align with strategy and extend into full campaigns
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of client brand identity
- Work collaboratively with a Copywriter partner to refine concepts
- Partner with account supervisors to manage strategy, budget, and schedules
- Mentor and onboard other writers and creative staff
- Manage workload and prioritize time effectively for the team
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience as an Art Director
- Strong understanding of TV, video, print, OOH, social media, and earned media
- Experience presenting to and working with clients and internal partners
- Ability to design compelling solutions that align with creative strategy
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Proven ability to resolve client feedback with a positive attitude
