We deliver organic produce, high-quality meats and seafood, plant-based proteins, dairy, bakery, wine, and other grocery items to nearly every zip code in 48 states.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a creative team, overseeing performance, growth, and workloads
• Own and evolve the visual identity system including brand guidelines, typography, and motion language
• Lead and supervise external creative production partners and agencies for private-label packaging
• Set strategic direction for digital campaigns, email design systems, landing pages, and motion assets
• Plan and direct photo shoots, including shot lists and on-set direction
• Define and optimize workflows, timelines, and quality controls for internal and external work

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in visual design or creative leadership
• Direct-to-consumer brand experience (agency or in-house) with packaging-focused work
• Standout portfolio demonstrating leadership-level visual design across digital, email, motion, and editorial formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience planning and directing photo or food shoots
• Experience leading and managing external agencies and freelancers
• Motion design fluency (basic to advanced)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with packaging regulations and print production
• Experience with TV activations
• Knowledge of design systems and scalable component libraries for web and email
