Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process by developing innovative and compelling visual concepts
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and art directors
• Collaborate with copywriters, account managers, and creative team members
• Present ideas and concepts to clients and articulate creative rationale
• Ensure all visual materials meet high quality standards and brand guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design or art direction
• Experience within an advertising agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in design software
