Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction of integrated campaigns across digital, social, and brand platforms
• Partner with copywriters and creative leads to develop and refine campaign ideas
• Own the development of key visuals, content systems, and campaign executions
• Ensure consistency, quality, and craft across all deliverables
• Present and defend creative work with clear rationale to internal teams and clients
• Guide and mentor designers and art directors, raising the overall standard of work
• Contribute to shaping the creative output across accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within a creative agency environment
• Proven experience leading campaigns from concept to execution
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work
• Strong understanding of branding systems, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working across digital, social, and full campaign ecosystems
• Strong creative judgment and a clear visual point of view
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and guide teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong production knowledge across shoots and post-production
• Understanding of motion and experience directing animation or film
• Experience within regional markets, particularly GCC
• Previous experience working directly with senior clients and stakeholders
