Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Concept and design best-in-class digital creative across social and video, focusing on visual storytelling and performance
• Contribute to pre-production planning, support on-set shoots, and collaborate with editors and designers in post-production
• Work closely with copywriters, strategists, producers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with brand voice and business objectives
• Own the workstream from end to end, producing polished, performance-minded assets
• Lead by doing while strategically delegating portions of projects to junior team members to support mentorship and efficiency
• Navigate ambiguity and bring proactive solutions to creative and production challenges

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in visual design with a strong portfolio in digital campaigns and social-first content
• Prior social agency experience or experience managing high-volume, high-visibility accounts
• On-set and content production experience, including working with video directors and editors
• Strong client presentation and communication skills
• Excellent design sensibility regarding layout, typography, motion, and branding
• Deep knowledge of social media best practices for optimal performance
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) for international team collaboration
