Senior Art Director

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop integrated creative campaigns across film, OOH, social, digital, and experiential formats
• Art direct shoots, brand films, and content productions, including briefing photographers and post-production teams
• Mentor and direct junior Art Directors with clear, actionable feedback
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Magnific to rapidly generate visual directions and moodboards
• Integrate AI-generated imagery and LLMs into creative workflows to sharpen narratives and explore territories
• Present and defend creative work to internal leadership and clients
• Localize and adapt creative work for both English and Arabic markets

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as an Art Director in an agency setting
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking across various campaign formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with AI image generation and enhancement workflows (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific)
• Deep understanding of the GCC and Saudi markets
• Proven experience art directing brand films and photo shoots
