Senior Art Director, Creative Technology Design (Motion Designer)

Responsibilities

• Participate in creative ideation, strategy, and brainstorming sessions to develop high-impact marketing visuals.
• Execute creative work that incorporates best practices for digital and social media landscapes.
• Create storyboards, comps, animation, visual effects, and motion graphics, including titles and infographics.
• Provide creative leadership to art directors, junior designers, and freelancers.
• Work closely with Project Managers to plan production and meet demanding deadlines.
• Maintain FOX show brand requirements while pushing creative boundaries.
• Stay current with the latest trends in advertising, marketing, and general culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional design, motion, and advertising experience with a cutting-edge portfolio.
• Mastery of After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including technical specs and digital ad products.
• A critical eye for visual details such as color, typography, and composition.
• Ability to work seamlessly across different media, including social media, motion graphics, and static work.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles, California, a minimum of four days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of 3D animation software such as Cinema 3D or Blender.
